Back in Black: My Take on a Freshened, More Modern Tiguan

Not enough crome? Too '90s-styled? Uglier than the CR-V? Many have complained about the 'new' 2008 Volkswagen Tiguan compact crossover vehicle, a competitior to the newly redesigned Honda CR-V, a family favorite. Caught in fairly heavy black camo is a freshened Volkswagen Tiguan. Althought many components have changed to suit modern design, many of the original design, considering this is a basic refresh, has stayed the same. The facelifted edition of the Tiguan is expected to debut someting in early-mid August 2007.

holy cow.. your line drawing has improved 100 fold... much better

    Perspective is getting better too!

here are some more suggestions on your perspective:

1.) widen the body like I did below about 15-20 percent
2.) You'd be able to see the other headlight of the vehicle from that angle so I've ROUGHLY drawn in passenger side of the vehicle.
3.) Better define your grille opening. The passenger side of the big grille was sitting in a different location from the driver side so I shrunk it a little to balance the front end.

With a little more perspective work, I think you have the potentinal to be very very good.

Ha ha, seems like you have modified the camoed test vehicles that journalists were put into in Namibia.

The actual car wouldn't look like that, that's how it (more or less) looks:

That said, with camaro_freak's input, you have almost designed a nice Saab small SUV
