I missed what you did at first. It looks like a huge improvement in this shot.

BTW, I don't know that these taillight's fit the new Impala, but they're a lot more interesting, IMO. What do you think, would they work or would the whole car have to be changed to make them work?

Nice I like it, but you could have done better with a three tier tail light style.

I find it sad that some people wish for GM to fail and can't comprehend any good news. A plausible explanation for this kind of behavior is that you have a miserable life so you wish the same to others. Cory Pham, Autoblog Poster

GM must return its divisions to being interdependent entities within the corporation. Decentralize and free the different divisions talents to foster brand differentiation and customer loyalty.

thanks guys - my inspiration for the changes were mostly from the 68 impala 2 door hardtop.

    changes
    -c-pillar window trim rework
    -lowered trunk
-adjusted trunk license plate punch out area
    -changed tail lights
-redid the entire rear quarter panel so it wraps into the trunk body spoiler
-and for extra fun, the ZL1 wheels

Thank you for changing the trunk separation line to where it belongs.
Now just change the taillights to vertical.

    !!!
IF It's A Chevrolet & RWD, Don't ride in it!!!

ALL Chevy's NEED to be FWD/F-AWD!!!

    If it's a Toyota/Lexus/Scion, Don't ride in/drive it!!

oh yeah I forgot I did that lol the tail lights definitely need some sprucing up - they are pretty plain on the real car and I didn't know what to do with them

I suggest looking at past gens of Monte Carlos & other vehicles that have vertical taillights for inspiration.
