    2010 Goat

Just a humble attempt at a new GTO, with some throwback design cues. Would have done a chop, but my skills in the virtual world are even less than with pen and paper! Hope you enjoy! Thanks!

Not bad, your shading is a little off in places, but don't sweat not doing a chop....

I can chop all day, but can't draw worth crap...and I'd actually trade if I could.

Something about sketching a work from complete scratch really appeals to me...

Thanks for the comments Chris. Can't take credit for being that good at sketching all of it, in the interest of showing the design I used a donor car pic and "improved" the front details and a few other items, basically doing a pencil chop. I am impressed with people like Torred and Mr. Burns and others whose names escape me at the moment, who really have awesome skill with pen and paper. After further review and looking at some '67 GTO pics I think I may refine the design some more.

Ya know! I and my brother were raised on Pontiacs and I can remember his '67 GOAT. It was a simple car and, it's predecessors were even moreso...true "sleepers". Although your drawing is somewhat crude (no offense) I like very much like what you have done with the details, vertical light housing, window framing, etc. Very thoughtful and clean!

I like this, alot. The sketch is kinda rough, but spot on. This would make a great GTO.
The design is perfect, although I would make the fender flares a little bigger, more aggressive, change the rear quarter window a bit, and maybe give it a respectacle yet sporty rear spoiler.

Also, I see you based this Goat on the old Monaro? I'm curious what this design would look on the a new Commadore coupe...
