I have added rims, hope you like it!
Alright, without going retro, this car has alotta the '60's/70's Chevelle designs and aspects.
A few things to point out...
The grills are mesh. You'll see the two circular lights for headlights. The outside is low beam, the inside is driving light that doubles as high beams when you turn high's on. Surrounding it is black-painted mesh. In the main grille, you'll see a little square-like thing. That's the parking/turning signal. Below that, you'll see another circle. That's the foglight. Above the hood, you'll see a long, rectangualar object: The crowl. Off to the left, you'll see the round mirror.
On the back, you'll see it says "CHEVROLET" (in chrome) like the old Chevelles, that's on black... black vinyl. The SS is painted red. On the outside of the black vinyl is chrome, and you'll see a border around that - chrome.
The circular lights go as follows: OUTSIDE - whole light is taillight and doubles as brake light, bottom triples as blinker. INSIDE: inner-circle is back-up light, outter is reflector and taillight.
You'll notice writing above the lights and SS, which says "CHEVELLE"
Going on to the top: It's an all-glass top. The rectange border in the middle in metal, and it surrounds the G6-like sun-roof, which opens up five (5) panels of glass. The "CHEVY" is frosted on there.
Going to the side, you'll notice on the hood, the crowl. On the nose, you'll notice the forward-leaning design of old Chevelle's, but looking very modern. You'll notice below the mid-way line there is a small rectange. That is a reflector/side marker/blinker all in one. The "SS" emblems glow at night, and double as a blinker. The "400" below it denotes the 400-cuber under the hood. On the rear, you'll notice another reflector/side market/blinker.
You should notice that the rising beltline behind the door, as well as the greenhouse, it very true to the old Chevelles without screaming "RETRO!!!"
I think this should please people alot more than my last design I made, which was not so true the old Chevelle's designs, and was more sleek than it was bold, as well as a bit small, at least in appearance... Hope you like this one!
