Hmmm... well, the name doesn't fit the car (Aurora to me means style large sedan)

That'd be interesting to give Saturn this car while at the same time going up-market with the Aura, Outlook, and Sky.

I agree the name should be something different.

Some comments like the Ion/Astra chop. The grill looks a little fake, but other than that it is very good.
I'll make a new sig. Later.

    Re: 2008 Saturn Aurora

I like it. I had said in another thread that this car(Opel Corsa) should come to the US/NA as the Saturn "Cosmos". It would give Saturn a entry level small /subcompact (under the Astra) in the same class as the Chevy Aveo. Which isn't a bad thing.

I'm kinda curious what a Redline model would look like.
IF It's A Chevrolet & RWD, Don't ride in it!!!

ALL Chevy's NEED to be FWD/F-AWD!!!

    If it's a Toyota/Lexus/Scion, Don't ride in/drive it!!

No, it's based on the New Opel Corsa. Anyway, I see no problem with Saturn Corsa. If you hate the name then why not Saturn Viva? Viva's been used on small cars before, so it could fit here.

    Re: 2008 Saturn Aurora

Its a Rebadges Corsa. Viva is a rubbish name.
Remember it has to fit in with saturns names.

I think it looks good, but has a bad name. How about Sunray? Needs to have a cute/fun name...The kids would like it!

I like the 4-door Corsa better. What is wrong with the Corsa, I mean CORSA, name by the way? I would love to see the Saturn badge on that thing.

    Re: 2008 Saturn Aurora

This car needs a new name:

    1) NO names used before. They haven't worked in Fords, because we all know that they've been used before (a la Zephyr).

    2) Wrong chop. I chop of the Corsa would not fit in with Saturn's future status. It will be as a more upscale European-targeting brand and not as a copy of Chevrolet. Saturn doesn't need a car this small, but rather needs a car Astra-like that can compete in the Golf/Rabbit market. Well, the chop is good but just not meant to be a Saturn. That's all.

    3) What's wrong with Astra? Astra is a perfectly fine name for this vehicle and would fit in with the simple naming scheme for newer Saturns. It sort of reminds me of the space-theme that they are taking (and that they should've taken before...): OUTLOOK, VUE, AURA, SKY, ASTRA. Fits in. Aurora or Corsa doesn't.
