    2008 Chevy Trailblazer concepts

Here are my ideas of what a trailblazer makeover for 08 should look like. I did two, because i didnt like the first one and decided to do another one.

here are the super quick doodles that inspired these designs:

I like almost everything about the first one, but I like how the grill sticks out on the second one (I do like the first one's grill though if that makes any sense). The front bumper on the first one needs to be a little busyer and I think the headlights would look better if they were just a little bit larger too (keep the ground clearance though). That's what I'm thinking, but it might not look right on paper. In all honesty they're both really good. The interiors are a very nice touch.

Wow! I like the second one very much, although the first one is good too. I see the second one as something do-able by GM, IF they really wanted to save these vehicles.

I'm sure Chevy could do a front very similar to the one you have drawn on the second one, but the doors would probably be the same as the current one, maybe beside the change to grab-on door handles. The side of the first one looks very reasonable for GM to do though.

I love the second one. You did a great job Mr. Burns. The new Chevy grille and Tahoe lights look sweet on them. I wish GM saw this. They can use this design and make this a refresh for the current Trailblazer. Also, they should look at your Envoy ones too. Great Job man! I also look forward to your interior designs.

The second one would make a great GMC with the right grill. The first one is timeless. It reminds me of the first generation Blazers with a little Range Rover thrown in.

There are a lot of great artists here who do some wild a cool stuff, but your drawings of late are the most production ready of all and among the most well thought out IMO. I wish more people would submit realistic ideas. I'm not trying to kiss up, I'm just really jealous of people that can draw because I've got a great imagination and no talent whatsoever.

The 3rd one on the bottom that were quick drawings that helped inspired the top 2 looks like a Chevy lambda with the wide and lower front end.

i prefer to draw more realistic but when i have to, i will draw far-out concepts (though im not as good with those). Most of my designs are meant to be redesigns of current models, so it's better for them to look more production ready anyway. I also wish more members on this site did more production ready concepts, but i do get a kick out of the far-out designs as well.

thanks everyone for the comments, i really appreciate them!
