I like it but, I think it would look better with a arrowhead on the front!
Wouldn't it be a 200Z instead of a 280Z.
i was going to call it a 280Z, but i had already saved with the S-ER badge in the backgroundOriginally Posted by Sporer65
as for the 200Z/280Z question, i'm not really familiar with nostalgia Nissan's, so you're probably right haha
I don't like it.
I don't like it as a Nissan, but it would make a cool Solstice Coupe.
so what all did you actually do to this except put the nissan logo on the side?
So, you guys would never, ever buy one of these ever, even if Renault/Nissan pull GM out of all financial troubles, introduce a whole new, reliable, American-designed-and-built range across all brands, even if they re-introduce Olds, make Vauxhall a separate brand and generally make GM the best car company on the world?
Jesus Christ guys, I know it's a GM forum and yes, technically speaking it's a Pontiac design, but come on. It's a bit like buying a Chavalier LS over a BMW 130i M-sport - pointless badge-wroshipping, or a very, very good deal.
Err - that went off on a rant didn't it? Sorry guys, I'm in a foul mood.
*Some stealing chav-scum-ratbag broke into my Stilo, stole the radio (which is useless in anything else), ripped the wiper stalk off whilst trying to hotwire it (stupid canwits) and then nicked 3 alloys. Why on earth, would you want three old-ish alloys? WTF were they thinking!?!??
i think that whining "i'd like it better as a pontiac than as a nissan" or "nissan, phooey!" kinda misses the ENTIRE point of this design contest, doesn't it?
that said... other than a literal rebadge and a weak roof-raising, there's not much to this particular design.
i took the roof from the G35 coupe, wheels from the Altima S-ER, and yea, put a badge on a side...i wasn't going for a spectacular transformation...it was just a pun due to Daewoo's new G2X coupe derived from the Solstice/SkyOriginally Posted by flashisflamable
i think if that were to happen some more of the body would be redesigned rather than just the roof.
Photoshop is a wonderful program... This would be intersting to see, however.
