2006 Monte (move that bowtie) Carlo

the bowtie is way too cramped in the little grille slit.
    solution.....

(oh, and a bit of lowering--it is an "ss" you know)

I see what you are trying to do, but in that case I would move the bowtie down a few more inches so it is integrated into and rests across the bumper crease.

Agreed... it just doesn't fit where you moved it...

Forget the bowtie...the only thing that belongs on the front of the Monte Carlo is the Crest....

    *nods*

    Absolutely .

I still can't believe that they removed the Knights Crest/Shield emblem in favor of the bowtie...again.

Grrr.... But, it goes with Chevy's theme of wanting brand identity versus model identity. Heh...might as well bring back the Lumina then .

I like the crest idea, but if they have a chevy bowtie, they need to keep it where it is.

    Wow montess
That Earnhardt edition is exactly, I repeat, EXACTLY what it needs to look like when it goes into production, with the 5.3 of course.

The original pic looks like you were going for Toyotas "closed our eyes and out it somewhere" technique of placing badged on grills.
