    Nice CT4 walk-around

Not sure which auto show this is, but the CT4 is being shown up close somewhere.

You can stop the video at 1:33 and see the "sticker". Not a real sticker, but curiously, it shows the 2.0 having a 10 speed auto. I thought the Caddy press release said the 2.0 has the 8 sp?

Yes the 2.0 was supposed to be 8 speed only. The 2.7 had the 19 speed.

Altho the announcements for both CT5 and now CT4 seem all over the place with contradictions.

It looks good. I think she's got a nice butt too, better than the nose anyway.

What is that Black, plastic looking bar, above the grille? Should have LED headlamps.......Is that the cheap Gray plastic under tray in the back that houses the tail pipes.......should be painted the same color as the car.......except for the seats, the interior is way to "plasticity".....same, cheap looking door handles as the ATS/CTS/ and my CT6.....

Too bad this car wasn't all it could have been, because, the question is........"Will it sell"?

Did he do a "walk around" of that "Orange" CT5 next to it?

It might be better in real life, but it sure looks like it needs a wide horizontal chrome strip just under the ducktail to break up the big trunk lid.

When I saw the plastic black bar on the hood I immediately knew GM was messing up a solid looking front end. Why make it look like is something missing there?

visually it does look larger than the ATS even though it really isn't. I think that's a good thing buyers will appreciate.

It is good looking, and it is uniquely a Cadillac, but it is too conservative, timid and tame. When the CTS came out it was anarchy, a revolutionary shape you didn't expect to see on the road, it was almost ugly, but there is no beauty that doesn't have some ugliness to it.

I saw my first Honda automobile there--50 years ago (as a mere infant of 8). They've probably rebuilt it since.

    UGLY!

You clearly haven’t seen the New CLA or A class in person nor the A3 for that matter. The CT4 has way more road presence than any of those. The CT4 should have gone on sale at the same time as the new CLA and A-class

It wouldn't surprise me if those same GM bean counters also had an impact on the design of GM's problem plagued 8-speed 8L45 and 8L90, which is the subject of a class action lawsuit.
