Cadillac Offers V-Sport options on non-Vsport CTS for 2016

U can now purchase the VSport packaging, sans the engine on the CTS

    2016 CTS 2.0T and 3.6L V6 engines, and includes :

18″ V-Sport Midnight Silver premium painted aluminum wheels
    18″ summer-only, run-flat tires
    Sport suspension
    Magnetic Ride Control
    V-Sport Brake Package
    V-Sport badged steering wheel

Befor the only way to get the package was to go out with the 3.6L Twin-Turbo V6.

As such, the package essentially produces a CTS V-Sport powered by the more pedestrian 2.0L Turbo and 3.6L V6 motors, rather than the more powerful 3.6L TT V6. Only caveat is U must go Luxury trim, (Performance, or Premium

Sidebar. The ATS also now has an option for $1,945 called V-Sport Red Brake Caliper, Slotted Rotor and Pad Upgrade Package

Sales are so soft that gm should make those options free across the board....

Lincoln is going to kick the cts butt with its 400 hp AWD Lincoln...

As a current gen 2 cts AWD 304 hp fe2 vehicle that's been great....Cadillac did not offer what Lincoln's about to do with 400 hp AWD and it's a very jaguar like styling...

Perhaps U missed the fact that Cadillac has a Vsport AWD that has 410 HP while offering more space.. But for us real enthusiasts.. A proper 420hp/430ft lb RWD Vsport that once again made it as C&D's 10 Best

Laughable. CTS still has a Vsport. And MkZ is a bigger car than the ATS

The cts does not offer a 400 hp AWD option...

Sorry but that's where the market has gone since 2008...

Buick should be worried about Lincoln. The MKZ is their answer to Regal GS AWD.

Buicks not worried because the regal GS has been a sales dud.

From a performance standpoint, the V-Sport would thrash it. From a sales standpoint, it may be what and what.

CTS has the XTS. Literally same price. Take a drive in the XTS-VSport... this will be one of those "End of story" kinda posts

Interesting, but I'm betting not really true since altho in the U.S. the Regal has only sold 16K vs the MKZ selling 25K.. the other markets where they sell have the Regal/Insignia much further ahead.

I'd settle for Vsport options on a 355 hp/383 ft.lbs torque engine with awd, the best brakes and mrc.

Why are so many pushing for the Ecotec 5.3L in a car? Why not just detune the LT1.. or better yet.. go with LGW?
