Escalade --> Porterhouse (big, thick, and the best)
XT6 --> T-Bone (tries to look like a porterhouse but smaller and with less of the good stuff)
XT5 --> Ribeye (a bit underrated, but can be better than a T-bone depending on what you like)
XT4 --> Flank (not as juicy but pretty decent if you marinade, er, I mean option it up)
CT5 --> Sirloin (nasty or pretty darn good, depending on how you trim it)
