Thanks for posting this. 1959 and 1963 Bonnevilles were fantastic. 1976 through 1991 Bonnevilles were especially brutal to me considering the beautiful models that preceded that era.

I think the 70's were worst for the Grand Prix, but I agree with the Bonneville. It wasn't til 1993 that the Bonne looked good again to me. I really liked the exterior of both vehicles in the mid to late 90's though. Too bad their quality sucked and the interiors were a disaster.
I think the 1965 Grand Prix will always be my favorite.

That black '75 Bonnie was beautiful!
My Dad's 69 Grand Prix looked exactly like the '70 model depicted here. Metallic green with green vinyl top, green vinyl interior, 455 4-barrel with dual exhaust.
My mom had an '88 Bonneville SSE and it was the bees knees at the time.
Looking at that, though, it was clear that Pontiac lost its styling sanity by 1967 and never got it back.
My first car was a 1965 Bonneville sedan. White on black vinyl, 3 speed auto, 421 V8. Gas stations liked me. Occasionally, I find myself looking for another one. I wouldn't mind snagging a nice example of an '05 model with the Northstar - warts and all.

The 1970s and 2000s also do not fare very well in these videos.
(with a handful of exceptions of course)
