    Gotcha.

Yea, its more expensive but it comes with more, longer bumper to bumper warranty and is truly a better car than your G6. Also, dont forget (Im not sure when your lease is up) but a lower trim level is coming along once Oshawa starts production.

Im not positive but the G6 was never really available with more exciting colors either. Right?

The G6 was available in a nice metallic orange, bright blue, light crystal blue/gold metallic, bright red, and metallic green over its model run. It also offered chrome, black chrome and typical silver wheel offerings in many styles. Performance package on the base G6(not GXP) included a nice chrome appearance package(which truly upgraded the grills giving them depth), 5 spoke wheels with 225/50ZR17 tires, 3.5 VVT V6, fog lights, rear spoiler and hydraulic steering which was a must have for a connected "sporty" feel. A similar optioned base Turbo Regal at current CXL pricing would be ideal in some flashier colors.

I hadn't considered the longer Buick warranty but that wouldn't matter if I lease again. My current lease is up in April(I own my G8 GT & Formula). Unless GM strongly reaches out by then, I'll likely just turn in my G6 and wait till the right vehicles comes along that I can truly get excited about spending my hard earned money on. I may just return to the used market for my third car as I really want a sporty coupe.

Like I said, wait until production starts in Oshawa. GM has said that there will be more things available and it should appeal to you.

As for sporty coupes, the market is just done on them. Very, very, very few sporty coupes on the market and not that many are in the pipeline sadly. Trust me, Im a coupe man myself and its pretty sad right now.

GM has already forced my hand into compromise in the past. I was absolutely going to purchase a G8 GT sport truck as I need it for my business. Upon its demise, I settled on the 09 G8 GT sedan(and a used El Camino) but don't need two sedans in my 3 person family. Once the G6 sedan goes back its replacement would preferably be a FWD sport coupe of which GM offers exactly none. The sad reality is the Kia Forte Koup & Accord/Altima coupes are fairly attractive possibilites.

Yeah right I'm really gonna trade my 2002 Trans Am in for a Buick.

Oh Boy, I just can't wait to trade in a well balanced comfortable full size G8 for a buzzbox powered mid size grandpa mobile Regal. Maybe I can get a compact buzzbox college kid special like a Cruze.
