Now GM needs to get back to supporting these teams with race contigencies

I saw that race on TV, the Camaro was pretty impressive. I would like to see more teams using it. That series is flooded with Mustangs and BMWs.

Hopefully GM can get some useful data from those races to improve the Camaro's performance on the street.

Very much a step forward for the Camaro..............these cars were very disappointing at Homestead. But they sure looked great.

There were 2 totally uncompetitive Challengers at Homestead. For now the way to go in this series is the Mustang Boss302R. Especially if your name is Roush, Jr.

Re: GRAND-AM Continental Tire SCC VIR: Stevenson Motorsports Camaro race report

My son and I attended this race at VIR. At 17 with a 4th gen Camaro, he was intrigued...
We had hoped a V6 Camaro would be entered, but all the Camaros in both races (Bosch 250 with the prototypes too!) were fun to watch. As a racecar, tho, they really display their too-bulky styling...
I saw IMSA in the 70s and 80s, and the Mazdas are still the loudest cars! Ouch!
