You'd have to have one boring interstate commute to hand 500+hp over to a computer to drive.

You really want me to keep talking about the Express Van?

GM desperately needs more customers like you!

So is this car going to be worth 1/2 of $88,790 or 1/2 of $92,790?
Yeah.. who cares? U only live once. Who the *** buys a NEW car as an investment? I have INVESTMENTS for that result. I'm buying one.. trading my CTS-V for it... paying the balance.. Screw it.

Yeah.. I was thinkin the same thing. I love Super-Cruise tho.. and wouldn't have an issue with it if it was in a package I bought. I wouldn't go looking for it in this particular Cadillac tho. I think if I replace the Yukon with a NG 'Slade.. definitely want Super-Cruise tho

What's the point of "Super-cruise" or "Auto-piliot" if I have to stay awake to not drive?.

While I'd not get supercruise unless it was in the package, I can see me using it for bumper to bumper traffic on city interstate. 35 in central texas is often in that state. When travelling I find it a pretty common occurrence in other cities as well.

Yes.. It really is a phenomenal option. This is from one instance where I had Super-Cruise for a day or two. This was 530P traffic.. and she handled it well

Did you have a CT-6 loaner for a couple days? Did not think the CTS-V had super.

Who said anything about an investment!?

We are talking about people that paid $90K for an exclusive car (that's now no-longer exclusive) before they wore the nibs off the tires.

I kinda wish you had got in on the first batch, and bragged about how you got this super-cool exclusive car, might have helped you understand.

I’m simply shocked at the depreciation these vehicles suffer, especially the BMW 7s the lease on a CT6-V has to be an absolute bargain compared to the BMWs

Yes. I had to take my V in for a transmission issue. Took it in and the lead service rep rode with me and then drove himself... Said he noticed it too and that GM had a fix ready to go... Did a transmission flush and replaced fluid with a different fluid that was supposedly improved... No problems since then.. Similar thing was happening with a friend's Z06 8Speed.. same fix.. TSB #18-NA-355. They actually fixed it that day and called me by 4pm, but I had run down to DC and there was no way I was getting back by the time they were going to be closed. I told them I was out of town and would bring it back "the day after tomorrow." Enjoyed the hell out of her. It was during the work week.. and having this instead of my V during that time (which is more of my weekend NITE TIME toy) was perfect

In this case I was driving a 3.6L and did a quick acceleration test. The thing GOT UP!!! but I'll tell U the 3.0LTT GETS UP!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't have tho.. U and I both knew it wasn't just going to be 275 copies.. Why are U even saying this to me when U are an "Insider?"

Exclusive??? PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE. I have friends and colleagues with Lamborghini Aventador, Ferrari F12s... owner restored '63 Stingrays, 67 Shelby Mustang GT500s and '87 Buick Grand Nationals... Ain't nothing exclusive about a car that costs less than $300K or is a classic that was done by the owner to their likening

Please Stop. Your condescending attitude is belittling to your knowledge as an industry insider.

Crazy right? But as I said before.. U buy what U like.. at the time U want it if U can afford it. Waiting is a recipe for frustration for some.. and they could literally not wake up tomorrow. I mean imagine U have sitting in your bank.. $250K play money.. This isn't your kid's college money.. your portfolio is separate.. U got other in CDs or MM. This is just Play money. But instead of U getting that ride that would have brought smiles to your face.. U let that money sit.. and U get hit by a bus the next week. Now your wife gets it.. kids get it.. and what do they do with it??? LMFAO!!!

Personally I think the v8 is a bit expensive and the twin turbo v6 would be a more prudent choice. The base v6 and turbo four are not a personal choice.

My question when its said the twin turbo 8 275 examples sold out in hours was it to dealers or actual customers?

According to my dealer it was customer orders. Either way.. Its worth it. Yes the V8 is expensive but relative to what? U can not always expect Cadillac to be in rebooting mode looking to lure in customers with a cheaper price than the Germans. This same car with a blue and white propeller or three pointed star world be $20-30k more. Why? Seriously Why tho? 30 years ago I remember a friend of mine, God Rest his soul, was living that life and bought an Allante because it was "way more expensive than the Sclass (W126) and the girls will be all over us".. His words. Cadillac is done Bull craping around
