I will say, it looks better in pictures. There's something off with the way this car looks as a whole; the front doesn't match the sides, ditto the rear. I was let down, as I had high hopes for the exterior refresh.
Old one looks a lot better (read: more cohesive) to me.
Is that a "black swan" I saw one of those on I-696 like a month ago?

I've seen them for months. New car looks better, too bad its future is up in the air and quality and materials are subpar with no V8 availability.
I saw it at the auto show and loved it. The rear has to grow on me because let's face it, Cadillac hasn't not had just verticals in a while.. like since '04 on the Seville. If I bought one and didn't like it tho.. easily tint them out to black to go with my next color.
BTW Envoy4life. Nice interior in your car. Looks way more expensive than any Audi A6 or 5Series. What kind of car is that again?
We sold a Premium Luxury a few weeks back with a sticker of $75k. Almost fully loaded. The new front and rear ends are much improved IMO.

To me what kills it is the rear end chrome strip and those smaller red lamps below it at the outer edges.
I think the refresh is a winner. More dramatic than the former one, especially front view.

"More powerful, quicker and outright faster than a comparable BMW, Cadillac’s newest model is the best reason to skip the letter M and head all the way down the alphabet to V."

I kind of like this. It's a nice successor to the Deville/Fleetwood.
an even nicer replacement for anyone looking to get rid of an S-Class, 7 Series, A8, LS or the like.. U gotta love America.
i was at a dealer a couple of Sundays ago and checked them out. I like the refresh. This car's problems have nothing to do with the exterior.

That Canadian comparison video with the BMW 7 that someone posted a few days ago showed a major problem with the CT6: Road presence. It wasn't just the drab gray color versus the shiny black 7. This car has a lot more than the old one.
I saw one at the restaurant I ate at on Saturday night! I loved it!
