In fairness, the 98-04 SLS/STS was not as successful as the 92-97 car.
The ‘92 was a revolutionary car while the ‘98 was too evolutionary. However I always preferred the ‘98+ cars as the chassis was incredibly rigid and tight feeling. The handling was decent considering it’s FWD roots. Unfortunately they were plagued with lots of problems.

I still miss my 2000 STS. It was problematic but it was a joy to drive.

Same here. I had a 94 STS and later an 01 STS. Plenty of issues, but they were great to drive. But both were older cars when I bought them. Probably were great cars to lease for three years when new.

That's like saying Lincoln MKC was stopped because Corsair replaced it. He gets a click.
