I am on the border of genius and crazy. I keep trying to cross over into genius, but ICE keeps sending me back to the crazy side of the border.
Could GM be allowing the Camaro to move into the same performance realm as the Corvette knowing that, fairly soon, the Corvette will be occupying a much more exotic space (aka mid-engined)? When the Gen 5 Camaro ZL-1 was released, there was also a ZR1 Vette sitting on the top of the performance envelope. As of right now, the top Camaro and Vette will be awfully close to each other, performance-wise (not to mention the handling prowess of the 6th gen Camaro).
