If it isn’t at least dual motor, then it’ll be even more of a miss.

Those are the 20" wheels from the Cascada. I think they look great.

The original ELR Wheel looked better, and it was exclusive to that car, not a Buick hand me down. Cadillac should not share wheels with the other GM brands imo.

    It doesn't.

IMO, these look much better. I'd like an ELR exactly as pictured.
Word is that the parts issues are beginning, but it's not like I don't have experience with orphan cars.

It's more upright and has a flatter beltline than Bolt.

The one thing that Tesla does right with its electric cars is that they don't really look like electric cars. The new model S is kind of goofy, but their nicer models could easily be ICE. Until EVs stop looking like crap, they're going to be hard to sell IMHO.

These spy shots look like the Encore GX, Trailblazer, Granite mule shots posted a few months ago. If the new VSS platform was to be a future EV platform then a Bolt replacement would make sense.

My only concern is we only here about this platform in China and no mention of a domestic plant building it. This would be very dangerous for GM with the new 25% tariffs in place with no sign of negotiations starting back up. A $5K price increase on these models will create another flop like the Envision.

What would stop China from throwing GM out of the country after all of their EV IP technology is in place there. Stupid move GM.

Encore GX is on VSS, which will likely be built in the US. Encore is on GEM which will be only in China and some other developing countries as GEM does not meet US safety requirements. Previous Encore was on Gamma.
