Any color as long as it's black...

I assume this is for the rental fleets and whatever few retails they make are a bonus.

They will build them out to December and then Oshawa shuts down. Sad.

I wanted to buy an Impala Premier but after pricing a new one out and seeing the resale values I ran away. Scary time to lay down big bucks for a sedan unless you lease.

Damn, I was hoping this was a stay of execution or something better than a fleet thing.

Dang, I was excited for a bit. I hate that GM is giving up on such a historic nameplate.

Impala is not coming back. The large car market is dead.

I'm shocked Toyota has not taken the Avalon behind the woodshed.

Probably because it shares its bones with the ES...and it's probably the best selling large sedan not named Charger in the country.

They also discontinued the manual transmission in the Sonic.

Sales are down 30-40% from last year - we shall see how long it lasts.

Consider buying a used one. A two or three year old Chevy Impala V6 is one of the best used car values out there. It's a great car at an amazingly low price.

Oh I'm aware. I almost bought one 2 years ago.

Anyone looking for a car would be nuts to buy new. Resale on most cars is terrible, great deals for buyers.
