Props to GM for running a lean inventory.

The Bolt seems to be suffering from the Federal Tax decrease and lack of a MSRP cut. Assume they will adjust production to send additional units overseas (Korea for example).

One that really surprises me is the Yukon. Big number. XT4 and XT5 are kind of interesting too.

As some of the cars get sold down the Chevy number is going to climb.

Odd that the Volt # is the same as last month. I'm certain they sold a few dozen at worst. They haven't built any since mid Feb.

The Bolt shows the same # as last month as well.

Well, arent there about 3,000 Chevy dealers in the US still? 4 cars per dealer seems about right. My local has 3 which seems oddly low I will admit.

The 2 dealers I checked a few days ago, one has 1, the other zero. The one that shows having one I saw online but I didn't see it in the lot. The one with zero they had one up front a couple weeks ago but it's gone now. Something is very odd, for a car that they say isn't selling well, it sure isn't piling up on the lots, at least not here. Is it possible the dealers here hate the 19 so much they won't stock it?

My recent selling dealer said as much when I purchased my 2018 2SS HW Camaro conv. They overstocked 18's while they could get them, then stocked one orange '19 LT and one black '19 SS in black as black "hides" the unpainted crossbar issue. They currently have 1 '19 LS in stock along with 3 '18's.

You know, I could see that as a problem. Why dedicate showroom space to a car that they have trouble moving even 4 of a month? I do agree it's odd unless GM stopped 2019 production and are doing a pullahead of 2020.

Exactly. Don't need 150-200 days of supply like we've seen many times before.

    It is simple math...................

    Inventory: 200,000
    Sales: 2,000/day
    Days of Inventory: 100

    Inventory: 20,000
    Sales: 200/day
    Days of Inventory: 100

    Inventory: 2,000
    Sales: 20/day
    Days of Inventory: 100

    Inventory: 200
    Sales: 2/day
    Days of Inventory: 100

How many are you going to buy; dealers don't stock what they can't sell...............

Go in there and tell him you want to buy 5, and put the money down; I guarantee you he'll have 5 on his lot ASAP.

There could be some truth to that; but then that would make all of us "haters" right..................
