Looks like yet another judge is stepping far beyond his authority and assignment, in the name of social justice. A misnomer if ever there was one.

GM better hope the case gets assigned to a different Judge. Otherwise, they are screwed.

Some judges, especially life-time appointed Federal judges, do not want to do their job. They prefer to bully people into settling and reaching an out-of-court settlement. It means less work for the judge.

There is a religion that convinces people that they are so justified in their believes, the law and all things must bow to their version of truth, as unfounded as it is.
The Basic philosophical problem the United States faces is Darwinism, the nature of the human person and the foundations upon which English common law is built upon.
Americans will have to fight to keep this place free. We are hearing a lot of talk of this or that, yet no one will tell us directly what exactly is supposed to replace this equitable form of Government we have.

If you want to stay free, you have to stay vigilant. You just need to look at China and Venezuela to see what could go wrong.

America is not so special as to be spared consequences of making the wrong choices.
