World Challenge Cadillacs Get Crushed at CTMP

You could describe the day Cadillac Racing had at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park as consistent…

The only problem is, consistency from 10th and 12th on the grid doesn’t amount to much. The two Cadillacs ran nose to tail for the entirety of the race, with neither able to make any kind of forward progress.

Michael Cooper, who qualified the #8 ATS-V.R 10th during yesterdays session, would go onto finish in 11th after swapping spots with Andrew Davis in the #76 Calvert Dynamics Porsche 911 GT3 R.

Johnny O’Connell in the sister #3 ATS-V.R qualified 12th and finished 12th, more than half a minute behind Patrick Long’s race winning Porsche.

Aside from a few exceptions the GT grid finished where they qualified, here’s to hoping for a more exciting day tomorrow. Race #2 goes Sunday afternoon at 3 PM Eastern.
