The 2021 CT5 and CT5-V will offer a 12-inch digital instrument cluster to replace the analog gauges.

The screen will be reportedly be offered as an option on some trims and will be standard on the Technology Package. With that package, drivers will also get a heads up display.

Although no photos of the cluster have been released, it will reportedly be configurable.

Luxury trim models will not be offered with the digital instrument cluster but will get a dual-screen infotainment system in the middle of the car.

The new technology should help the sedan to compete with Germany's best luxury models. Although the 2020 model includes some digital display capabilities, the information was bracketed by analog gauges that are quickly becoming old-hat in the automotive space.
