As I posted in the forum, I was driving a steady 60mph and achieved 62mpg. As I'm American, I am quoting you US gallons. Around town I avg 35-37mpg. This is a gasoline engine, not diesel. This equates to 3.7 liters per 100km, if I used the metric equivalent. Note; British imperial gallons would be closer to 70mpg or high 60's. I would question the figure I have shown too, but it actually what the vehicle is supposed to achieve on the highway at a reasonable speed. This car is also very light weight, 2400 lbs. I know it's hard to believe, but these are true mpg figures that I achieved driving very carefully on the highway. I can still achieve 55 mpg if I'm driving more agressive. Thanks for your interest.
