Bio-gasoline plant being built near Emeryville

Amyris biotechnologies, a company that developed a method of producing gasoline from bacteria, is building a plant in Emeryville, CA:

I didn't see this in the Alternative fuels section- I might have not looked far enough.

1992 Dodge Spirit R/T (215 horsepower Turbo III...spent 1/3 of its time being worked on...fun, but frustrating)

Current Cars:
1929 Ford Model A (Shell, still finding parts)
1939 Chevrolet Master Deluxe 2 door Sedan (building motor)
1957 Ford F100 (Runs/drives)
1965 & 1967 Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprints ( 1 complete, non-runner, 1 shell)
1994 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L (daily driver)

Looking at a Saturn Astra or any fun manual GM car.

Oh that Emeryville. There's one not far from me. It's a spec of a town, if you blink while driving through you might miss it. I wouldn't be against moving to Cali though.

Bio-gasoline will not just merely bring net energy but it serves as cost-effective alternative to biofuel. I was familiar with Emeryville since and neither I was glad 'bout it. Chances are, it would be economical though.
