Actually, considering the volume of the 3.6L, its probably built in many different locations.

Yeah, it's built in three places: St. Catherines, Ontario; Flint, MI; and Melbourne, Australia. The non-DI 3.6L (LY7) comes from Ontario. The 3.8L capacity at Flint South is being replaced with the 3.6L DI (LLT).
