Great!
I do however, think it's funny that only 618 Saabs were sold. Heh.

Pretty sweet, kind of a shame that China gets better looking Buick's than we do though...

GM: 1,031,974
VW: 876,343

Does anyone know if VW is going up or down? I know they were the #1 in China for a while (not this year or last, I think).

Well, they get the PArk Ave and a better Lacrosse. But otherwise, they have the Excelle and they're still selling the wretched minivans that were universally hated on this site. Also, I think they're largely powered by 4 cylinder ecotecs. Be careful what you wish for...

Re: 2007 Chinese auto sales figures

First participation in the forum too. From what i know (i'm not an expert of course) apparently VW started much earlier than many auto brands in China, police cars, taxis and government cars are VW, many say theres something suspicious there, but of course nobody will suggest an investigation. On the other hand, it's true that Chinese love Buicks
and the brand is well established with great potential for the future.
