Oldsmobile SV

Anyone know anything about the Oldsmobile SV series? I have seen pics of an Intrigue SV and I know it has the Shortstar V6 (Shared with the Gen II Aurora), but does anyone know if any other cars had SV series modifications?

Re: Oldsmobile SV

There was also an Alero and Bravada as well. The Alero had a supercharged 2.4 good for 240 horses.

Re: Oldsmobile SV

Do a search for Oldsmobile OSV and you'll find pics. Unfortunately, they were just show cars and never made it to production. I do believe the plan was for OSV to be Oldsmobile's version of Pontiac's GXP line or Buick's Super line. Too bad, they looked pretty sweet.

Re: Oldsmobile SV

I saw the Silhouette OSV in a scrapyard about a month and a half ago.

Don't put any money on it still existing as a vehicular entity anymore.

Wow, that's the nicest looking Intriugue I've ever seen. Pretty good looking from the front, actually.

God Dam it!!!! I hate it when GM pulls that crap!!!! UGH...thats so aggravating!!!

This was one bad ass looking minivan!

Edit: If anyone sees a GM or, any concept car for that matter, sitting in a scrapyard please let one of us know. These pieces of history need to be saved not crushed. I will personally fly up from Texas to Detroit to get the vehicle.
As you can tell I feel very passionately about this...

Re: Oldsmobile SV

That Alero was a beautiful car! I love the Aurora the best, but the Alero was a great runner up

Re: Oldsmobile SV

Those rims exhaust on an Alero. There is a guy over at Aleromod.com who's got those rims and the car looks bad ass.
