Re: Help IDing some 60s-ish GMs
In the cases where a manufacturer also has a brand with its own name, you don't tend to see the phrasing distinguished based on brand vs. manufacturer. Even if you aren't referring to Ford brand, for example, you could still call an assortment of Town Cars and Sables "Fords."

The article was titled "Twilight of the Titans" I have it and have read it, thats why I said that there are hints and cues, but this is not an example of "retro", yes the sweep of the fender had some very slight resemblance to the 1959-1960, but the individual window roof used on Fleetwoods harkens back to the 1941 Fleetwood 60S, but again, I dont consider that "retro. Especially the badge refference which is changes very little from 1963 through 1984, with the exception of 1970, when the V does not appear on any of the standard Cadillacs. Re: Help IDing some 60s-ish GMs
Looks like GM already ruined the image of the GM brand...

Back on topic: thanks for those of you who could provide the details for those cars that I could not. Before this thread goes away, could someone tell me the years of these two Cutlasses:
