Re: 1st Generation Oldsmobile Aurora commercials

That is a sharp car that has aged well. It is too bad they could not have kept it around long enough to evolve and could currently be the top Saturn product. I always thought they should have renamed Oldsmobile Aurora as they once kicked around and revamp the entire line-up to better compete with the imports. I have a feeling they would still be around. The styling and interiors were better than most GM products at that time.

I prefer the 1st gen Aurora to the 2nd gen, and I'd consider the 1st gen to be my favorite sedan of all, old or new. The styling, interior, performance, and the spirit of it are pretty cool

Re: 1st Generation Oldsmobile Aurora

Oldsmobile Aurora's are great cars ever from GM. I have owned mine since October of 1994 with no problems ever and still going strong. Starts up every morning, runs smooth, maintained, kept clean very reliable, has over 210,000 miles on it, Its very safe riding, in mint condition,It gets up and goes for its age and its weight. I miss Oldsmobile terribly and wish they would come back. I also own a 2001 Aurora and a final 500 Bravada which are great. I will always keep my Aurora's for life. No other GM car lineup can ever replace the great lasting Aurora by Oldsmobile especially the Saturn aura that is nothing alike at all.
