That's exactrly why it has a '65 Chevy dash. the 1965-68 RHD Pontiacs (and Chevrolets) had '65 Chevy dashes.

The LHD canadian Pontiacs did have Chevy powertrains but their dashes were very similar to those of the US Pontiacs.

I have a few pictures of a 1968 Grande Parisienne 4 door hardtop.The radio isn't correct but the rest of the interior looks original.
