The 2010 LaCrosse should be renamed "Invicta" or "LeSabre" and become Buick's flagship sedan. The Lucerne should be discontinued immediately. An Insignia based Regal should be introduced early next year.

I don't know why everyone bashes on the poor Lucerne.

Apparently, they're selling well enough to stay in the lineup. While it's now outclassed by the new Lacrosse, the Lucerne is not an ugly car. It looks so much better in person, and is a highway cruiser, like the old Lesabre/Park Avenue.

Besides, the older-set will still buy it. Having both the new Lacrosse and old Lucerne in the lineup would appeal to both demographics. While you want to gain new customers, you don't want to lose the old ones.

I like the Lacrosse (should have used the Invicta name) but will it bring in buyers under 60? I don't doubt it can compete with a Lexus ES350, but will Lexus buyers even know it exists?

I thought the Enclave (and other Lambda models) were suppose to recieve an interior MCE? Or is that on hold or not happneing? I also wish you could get the enclave with no wood!
