Unfortunately, another senior citizens car by General Motors. Is there anyone under the age of 50 who might consider buying one of these for the same price that could buy a 328i or A4?

That's because the second gen Aurora was never supposed to be an Aurora, it was going to be the new 88 replacement...

I don't see anyone steering away from an Infinity or Lexus for this. GM needs to do better.

I think it's Infiniti and I thought they dropped out of the NA car market?

you are living in the 90's, senior citizens are boomers that think its cool to drive lexus and prius.. Buick is no longer a seniors brand.

There's room for both cars in the garage. Especially with buyers who aren't following the crossover trend. Big sedans aren't dead yet.

Well, i wouldn't have a 328 because it's too darned small. The A4 fits in that class as well. This is a good looking car. Outfitted with GMs very capable V6 with AWD? I'm thinking that it'll do pretty well.

It's actually well mannered and predictable, but it's not a Maserati, so if you want upscale appointments, you're looking in the wrong place.

I more or less agree with that, but the HEMI does make a difference and handling upgrade on SRT version is substantial.

    Drives well.

Ours are in the shop more than they're driven though.

This Lacrosse is the new Commodore? How close in size is it to the existing Chevy SS/Commodore?

The new Insignia/Regal is supposedly growing in size, so where does it fit... replacing the Holden Malibu?

    Nope.

NG Holden Caprice, aka RHD Lacrosse, got canned in December 2013 when GM announced the AU shutdown.
