The new grille does help. They should have changed the headlights with it.

None of the above.

With $32k, you buy a semi-loaded 306HP Infiniti G37 Sedan with 6sp manual transmission.

I'll take the Cadillac then. Even if it has a V6...it's rear wheel drive and ...it's a Cadillac =D

The GTO was about $33k MSRP... So, a decently equipped v8 G8 should cost about the same or a bit more.

The LaCrosse (and the Grand Prix) should be gone by the time the G8 gets here, unless GM wants the W-bodies to hang around for a couple more years.

Re: 2008 Buick LaCrosse Super Pricing

I'd take the Caddy or G35, but I must say that the LaCrosse does have an aggressive Maserati-like look with it's new makeover.

It's a G35 still, right? The 3.7L Coupe is the G37. I was going to put that in my post instead of the Cadillac, but this being a GM site, I stayed in-house.

You mean G35 sedan?

Yes, Buick (not Cadillac) should be competing with "value luxury" brands like Infiniti... too bad Buick doesn't have the products to do it with.

Re: 2008 Buick LaCrosse Super Pricing

Oops. I meant G35. All the recent Infiniti news got the number "37" burned into my head.

Why are you choosing the G35 Sedan (G37 is the Coupe), over the CTS?
HP is approx the same, not to mention Caddy's 3.6L is direct injected.
And with all of the goodies inside the CTS, I dont know why you'd choose the Infiniti?????
