Newbie Question

My apologies if this is a stupid question, I did search for this but I had no luck finding anything.

Is there any way to find out the status and details of an ordered car? I would really just like to find out if my order is in the system and if it is correct.

Any help is much appreciated, thank you in advance...

if you are a retail customer i think you could ask your saleperson to have the person at the dealership pull up your order for you and then you could look over the list of equipment to verify it has the options that you ordered. it really shouldn't be much work for them and they should be happy to do it for you.

Re: Newbie Question

If it is a GM car you can get a customer copy of GM workbench. Your salesman can tell you The target production week and a history of the order form start to delivery. It also has a rundown of the ordered options. You salesman will show this to you to make sure the order is right.

Re: Newbie Question

This has come up several times at www.saturnfans.com You might want to try looking there as well if the above doesn't work out for you.
