A) I agree the Toyota Fanatic attitude is silly.
B) The dealership should not feel rotten for selling you a vehicle that is not working, but they should do everything they can to fix the issue.
C) If a vehicle needs major repairs and is under factory warranty, the rule is the dealership has to give you a loaner IF ONE IS AVAILABLE.
D) A small town dealer could not afford to have more than 3-5 loaners in their fleet. Enterprise and Avis do not have locations in said small towns.
E) If it not having a loaner was a dealbreaker that should have been communicated to the service writer involved at first contact.

A-D....what are you talking about? Did you think he was downing me or something?? I don't even know how to reply to this!

E- I brought it to my dealer around 10pm at night....we didn't talk, I just put the key in the night dropbox.
