Conquest and Loyalty Cash?

Hi, I am in the market for a new HHR, does anyone know if Conquest or Loyalty Bonus Cash is available on top of the current incentives? Thanks

1500 rebate and bonus of another 1000, nothing showing to be available for conquest, or 0% upto 72

Does anyone know how much the rebate is if you do not take the 0% interest? I have seen $2000 and 3000.
