Can someone sponsor me for "Supplier for friends"
I need to buy a 2500 Sierra. Was wondering if anyone had an extra sponsorship they'd be willing to share.
I have a friend that's a manager at a local Cadi dealership. I understand that he can pull invoices for any GM product. So, I think I may be able to see what the supplier price is before redeeming the sponsorship. I'm waiting for confirmation on this now... My point is, regardless of my friend's abilities, I won't waste the sponsorship and won't ask for and won't redeem the sponsorship unless I'm 100% ready to buy. Basically, I'm 90% sure now and want to see if supplier pricing would even be an option. Thanks, Skip |

Re: Can someone sponsor me for "Supplier for friends"
Just a thought, given the supplier discount is 1% over invoice, I believe most dealers would do 1% over invoice regardless. For example, a base 2008 GMC 2500HD SLE1 lists for $28,625 and invoices for $26,192. My guess is most dealers would be good with $262 over invoice or $26,454 (less rebates) for this truck. In other words, the GM supplier discount is nothing to brag about.
