I was quoted $26,975 including 6.85% sales tax, for a 2014 Chevy Camaro with 2LS package. that's with the 0% apr for 72 months, no payments for 90 days. they said most the rebates come out then ..
Is this a fair price ? I was hoping to buy this tonight.. . I was originally quotes like $20,800 ,,, then the took out rebates, and added in "stuff" ??
Seems high to me for a 2LS...I've seen 2LT's around here for less. Of course, a lot of variables go into it...but out here in SW Michigan, there are very good deals to be had right now.
Dont take this wrong but how good is your credit I mean I get people 1.99% for 72 months if there is a big rebate you may be better off to take the rebates then. Here in Florida we have a $2000 rebate your tax should be under $1800. I show you should be at 375 for 0% with low interest $368 on the same number less the $2000 I show. If they had it at 20800 before tax and stuff you should get away from the 0%.
Thanks for all the help everyone. I ended up walking. Went to a different dealer 3 hrs awayAnd bought a used 2010 Camaro 2LT RS with 29,000 miles for $18,200 out the door. Leather, remote start, hids, 20" wheels, I love this thing !
Yeah, they were really reaming you on that 2LS for that 0%/72 mos. With tax , doc and plates low end should be at 24 k, high end at 25k. A basic 2LS stickers for $25750, add a spare tire and its $25900.
Basic deal with 2.5k in rebates and discount is around 3500 off of sticker.
