How many dealerships in your zone and how does yours stack up?
I work in the Denver Zone with 14 dealerships. In September we edged to first by one unit with a total of 47 deliveries (mostly trucks). How large is your zone and how many new deliveries is your store doing?

I can tell you about CSI scores!!! We are usually in the top two for both sales & service!!!

We did 100 deliveries and I believe we finished 1st or 2nd. Out of 14 or 15 dealers. Not to bad for Ontario Canada.

We are in a zone of about 16. We are second ytd with slightly over 700 new deliveries. I have 89 of those and a 4.0 csi all year. We finished second last month by 8, total of 83. We lead the zone all month but got beat by the 12 year leader.

LOL, 1 GM CPBG. 2 (owned by the same place) Chrysler (dealers), 1 Ford Dealer, 1 KIA sattelite dealer, within 100 miles. We all produce 110%-1505 of "Zone through out all model ranges as far as sales go.
There has been a recent influx of Toyo/Honda's into our area, mostly imported from Duluth/Twin Cities area. |

I found out today our new vehicle sales in September was 65 units, with 36 used...
of the new..12 were fleet...a mix of 2009 Canyons & Colorados...
