Exclamation Confirmed Gm Card Can Buy Saturn!!

Anyone selling Saturn's or looking to buy one can now use their GM card, looks to be starting after April 15th. The programs will be the same or similar to other GM card discounts, with different amounts based on the card you have.

Also: because of the increase in the gap between the euro and dollar, the Astra's price will be going up $500 across the range.

Also there is a rumor that the no haggle/no hassle might be ending.

I actually didn't know you couldn't use a GM Card on a Saturn.

If they end the no haggle pricing and give the gm card points, maybe that would be a good time to 'haggle' while their salesmen are in 'adjust' mode from not haggling to haggling. Just a thought if that would be a 'good' time to buy a Saturn. hehe...

Keep the no haggle - but allow the GM card points. I didnt shop Saturn due to not being able to use my $3500 in GM card points (old card ) - It wouldve been 50/50 between the Enclave/Outlook had I been able to use points as there were plenty of 07 Outlooks on the lots due the 0% 60 months deal and no Acadias

Almost all saturn salespeople also sell used cars on their lot, and so have haggle skills. Besides if someone wants to haggle thats one of the signs they want to buy.

Re: Confirmed Gm Card Can Buy Saturn!!

I just leased a 08 Saturn VUE XE using GMS Supplier pricing. Is there way to retroactively use my regular GM Card rebate? Or can I do it with the 30 day return? Thank you. I need to save money in this economy.

My guess is that you'll get some resistance in trying to get a retroactive rebate, but if you threaten to do a 30-day return, they might be persuaded. If I were you, I'd wait until Saturn's participation in the GM Card is officially announced (supposedly next week), and then start griping that you want to redeem your earnings. As the saying goes, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Good luck!

You won't get anywhere. The 30 day/1,500 mile EXCHANGE program is limited to programs at the time of sale. Not only that, unless you have the Extended Family Card you cannot use the card in conjunction with GMS/GSU. There is no price guarantee.
