2009 Chevy Aveo5 IDL

I just got through watching the IDL for the Aveo5 and boy was it crazy!

People were asking if the Aveo5 was getting an SS model, or AWD, or a diesel, or an even bigger engine and sportier suspension.

A diesel is understandable...but an SS model...come on guys...if you want a SS...buy a Cobalt SS Turbo.

I asked a reasonable question...if we were getting a 3 door model like the one we saw in Europe. They said no...but it was still a good question.

Re: 2009 Chevy Aveo5 IDL

I didn't see the IDL but I do have to agree that this is not the platform for such questions. too small to put an expensive diesel and why would you out price the econo-box with an SS'ish model.
I do have to say that the IDL's bring out the stupid people in the car biz.......give them a microphone and the will let the stupid fall out.

Re: 2009 Chevy Aveo5 IDL

Do we really need to waste time on an IDL for a car that takes 3-4 months to arrive once ordered?

I'm better off prospecting for sales than watching that crap.
