Re: GM's Transformers "Roll Out"!

Seen the movie last night, Damn, That was freakin awesome! I think the wife even liked it better than me! Wow!
She almost yelled out in the theater, Go get em Bumblebee,Get up get up! LOL! Oh man,She was really into it!
I think we have to see it again!
Better reserve your abbreviated Bumblebee Licence vanity plate's when the "09" Camaro comes out! That's if the VW Bugs owners didn't hog them all up.hehe.
Even as far as it is till the new Camaro comes out,I am sure there will be an increased order in Yellow Camaro's with Black Stripes by future buyers!
Funny I had a 1977 Camaro Z28 when I was a kid and it was yellow as well. Without the stock yellow wheels on it.They were in the garage.
My own Bumblebee.

Awesome movie. It was like a huge GM commercial.

there will be a sequal. they had something negotiated to have 2 more movies i think. the end of the movie is pretty open to a sequal also.

Re: GM's Transformers "Roll Out"!

I can't wait for the sequel.. I loved the movie!! I just hope that GM will allow the Saab Aero-X to be used in the sequel... That is one sexy car and would make for a killer Autobot..... Maybe a Decepticon if that's the only way we can get more made :P

Re: GM's Transformers "Roll Out"!

Just saw it and loved it! I agree that it's like a huge GM commercial... but it isn't annoying at all. Poor Jazz... there were some really good Solstice shots, however, throughout the film! Got to see an SSR, which was a nice touch, along with tons of Caddys, a Colorado, and all the government Yukons! I loved the Mustang / Camaro battle too! Ah I'm all excited now... after the movie I went out and pushed a button on the dash of my car...

*Push button*
*Transforming noise*

The only disappointing part for me was the lack of transforming sounds! There was one scene where the Topkick transformed and we got to hear it, but otherwise, it was generally too quiet. I want to hear my transformers next time!

Re: GM's Transformers "Roll Out"!

I know I'm late to this tread but since the movie will be out on DVD October 16. I sure will get me a copy.
I thought this film kicked @#! epecially some ford mustang.

I watched the film in a IMAX Theater but it should have had more Chevrolet muscle cars in the story but I understand it was base on the cartoon.
two thumbs up
