Re: Ghrankenstein's 2007 GMT-900 1500 Pickup Bonanza!
How do I get those wheels? They are awesome. I dislike the wheels offered on the order pages. I was all excited, went to order a CC-6.0max and they said 'can't get the 20" wheels with the Max package'. I'm sure it has something to do with load ratings. anyone know?

I saw a new 2007 Silverado GMT-900 today. I must say it looks MUCH MUCH better in person.
The pictures Do Not do the Silverado justice.

Re: Ghrankenstein's 2007 GMT-900 1500 Pickup Bonanza!
Just purchased a new crew-cab F-150 Lariat because I wasn't able to wait for a new Silverado. In three years time I will seriously consider the GMT-900. They sure look sharp and the interior seems to be up to F-150 standards.

Just traded in my Ford Sportrac for a new F-150 Lariat crew-cab. I would have seriously considred a new GMT-900,however, they are not yet available at my local dealers.(Quebec,Canada). I like the Silverado's exterior better than the F-150, however, the interior still isn't as sharp as the Lariat's.

Re: Ghrankenstein's 2007 GMT-900 1500 Pickup Bonanza!
Yeah, gmc's site says the 20's can come on a CC-Mac too, but when i went to order it, dealer said 20's can't be ordered. He even tried to do it by just trying the 6.0 and then adding the 4.10's and couldn't do it either. they said they might be able to do it with gm-parts, but i've been waiting 1-2 weeks so they probably can't do it. the 17's aren't a deal breaker but i just can't get excited enough to drop 40K yet on so-so.

Re: Ghrankenstein's 2007 GMT-900 1500 Pickup Bonanza!
That's excellent work, truelly appreciated.
I saw my first 2007 Silverado last night sitting at a lot at Jack Maxton's Chevrolet in Columbus, Ohio. It appeared to be the only one on the lot. It didn't appear to be the top trim level, but I could be wrong. The front end styling is very sharp. Not pretty, not too masculine, but very confident. It is sharp, looks strong. It didn't look bigger than the last pickup, but it was late and I was on the road. I guess what I like besides its good, but not pretty boy looks is that it is honest in the fact that it isn't all bloated and what not to be strong; it is itself and has a similar look as the classic Silverado. That is not a let down, but its show of confidence.
