A worthy question...

Is it possible to put these brakes on a G8? If the bolt pattern is the same, then why not?

Re: A worthy question...

i would say not. because the corvette will have different knuckles. and different mounting hardware.

may have the same bolt pattern for axle studs but thats it.

regardless im sure brembo or wilwood or someone will make a kit for it.

Re: A worthy question...

Yeah, but look at the price for god's sake...2k, for BOTH axles? Brembo wants $3500, just for the fronts.

Re: A worthy question...

You would most likely need different wheels, as even the non-z06 C6s need spacers or wheels with Z06 offset to get those massive calipers to clear.

Re: A worthy question...

Well you've got 1500 to blow and still come out ahead of someone who got brembos.

Re: A worthy question...

the bolt pattern will not be the same for the knuckle.

nor will it adequately fit the wheel assembly correctly. so like noted above, will have to be shimmed, i highly doubt there is anyway that brake kit will fit a G8, its like fitting a malibu caliper and braking system to a impala

Re: A worthy question...

You can make it fit if you have the tools and the desire.
