Re: what super charger is this

Looks like and Eaton Roots type supercharger. It sits on top of the intake manifold.

Kinda like this one hidden behind the engine cover.

Sorry.
The Buick Regal in the pic has a longer thing that the pully sits on and the gen III are about the same. So, I would say it is a gen I but don't take my word for it.

Re: what super charger is this

Are there no numbers on the supercharger itself? No casting numbers on it anywhere?

M62 is the model of the eaton blower. L67 is the engine code for that supercharged 3800.

You might receive more help at 3800pro.com, since the website specializes in 3800 equipped vehicles, people might be able to give you more info about it.

Re: what super charger is this

Based on the vacuum port, just above the TBI mount, it looks like an early 3800 supercharger....like 1992-1993-1994-ish...or series 1????

What is the partial part off the box??? Is it a GM Parts labelled box???

EDIT: It's a series I, 1992 to 95...based on your picture there!

Re: what super charger is this

^^^ GMCSonoma you freakin amaze me, you always have the awnsers ! And I also agree on the SC type, it looks like the SC on my friends early 90's Bonniville SSEI, It looks different than the one on my GF's old 03 GTP! So I would guess its a older series 1, but I'm just guessing by looks so there is a good chance I could be wrong.
