Power control module info
Anybody have a power control module for a 04 Malibu Maxx (or similar engine vehicle) installed ? Is it worth the price ? Also does it remove factory speed limiter , and does it affect tranny shifting (like adding an electronic shift kit) ?

Re: Power control module info
I suspect smashin is referring to an after market PCM to replace the stock one. What it does and how much difference it makes would depend on the brand and what they claim. I know DHP (among others) make after market PCMs for the 3800 crowd, and most people are happy with them.
