Need Performance Tune for L33

Hey everyone,

I know I haven't been posting lately, I've been a bit busy with finals/projects/exams etc. I've also been working alot lately too so.

I know that there have been many threads on this topic but I needed one that was a little more specific.

The problem:

My dad uses his truck alot for towing/hauling, and often uses it to move heavy trailers around where he works. However, the bottom end power in his 5.3L is held back by the TQ management system. He would also like a little more throttle response and WRHP.

So I need:

A tuner that will :

-elminate torque management- maybe not totally, but most of it.
-increase rwhp/torque
-eliminate speed governer
-can be set back to stock settings
-can be installed at home

Thanks very much.

Heres a pic of them up at the farm.
