K@N intake for 94 Firebird

I just bought my first Firebird today! I had a cheapo intake on my Camaro before and it didn't fit correctly or work well. I noticed better gas mileage but no throttle response. I was looking at this intake http://www.performancecenter.com/col...mance-kit-fipk
While I was reading the reviews the people with Camaros said it fit perfect but one Firebird owner said It wouldn't fit correctly. Has anyone used one of these before? I don't want to spend $250 for an intake that doesn't fit correctly. I thought Camaro and Firebird were pretty much the same thing. Thank you Kyle 3.4L V6 1994
